About Me

I am seasoned multi-disciplinary designer, copywriter, and marketing specialist who has had the chance to serve in various in-house and agency roles with specializations in creative and graphic design, and strategic branding initiatives. I’m able to offer over 15 years of experience in leading marketing departments to launch successful campaigns and pairing creative aesthetics with the power of crafting messages with a purpose, along with experience in branding development, printed material production, and web design and development.

 

Additionally, I have 12 years of managerial experience, including Senior Graphic Designer, Creative Lead, Sr. Art DirectorMarketing Manager, and Creative Director.

Carl served under me as the creative arm and workhorse of iPower’s marketing department. He’s gifted with graphic design, but also talented with programming. He used elements of both skills to help the company produce web and magazine advertisements, built several of our websites and affiliate sites, and assisted me in managing the web analytics and online marketing. Provided digital marketing services for the corporate arm of a large higher education syndicate. Responsibilities included email marketing, PPC (Pay-per-Click) channels, interdisciplinary promotional creatives and deliverables, and A/B testing of various sales funnels through banner ad work and motion graphics. Other responsibilities included the creation and distribution of microsites and the maintenance of the corporate website.

Directed end-to-end vendor relations for print and digital magazine advertising and oversaw photography sessions for product and personnel assets. Established brand consistency by developing the corporate style guide, maintaining the digital asset library, and designing custom UI graphics for proprietary point-of-sale (POS) kiosks.
